Role Description

Elite Placement Group is growing and we are looking to add an Operations & Sourcing Specialist to our team. This is a fully remote hybrid role supporting both staffing operations and recruiting functions, with an initial focus on temporary staffing support and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll processing through Paychex
• Managing temporary employee timesheets
• Billing and invoicing through QuickBooks
• Preparing client fee agreements
• Posting jobs on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Candidate sourcing and recruiting support

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Responsive and able to work with urgency
• Comfortable managing multiple moving parts simultaneously
• Interested in staffing, recruiting, operations, or HR-related work
• Able to work independently in a remote environment

Experience within staffing, recruiting, payroll, onboarding, QuickBooks, or Paychex is strongly preferred.
