[Hiring] Operations Manager @OrangePeople

Role Description

Are you a strategic leader who excels at turning business plans into action? We're looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to drive cross-functional collaboration, align departmental goals, and ensure effective execution of business strategies to achieve organizational success.

• Direct the activities of the various departments in the company, focusing on pricing, sales, production, and distribution of products.
• Manage employees, create work schedules, and distribute duties.
• Determine employment requirements and interview and hire prospective employees.
• Train newly hired employees.
• Manage all activities associated with the production of the company's products.
• Oversee employee performance, including sales promotions, coordinating with division leads, planning store layout and design, setting prices and credit terms, and identifying goods and services to be sold.
• Supervise the remodeling of current amenities and represent the company during meetings and negotiations.
• Handle problems in a calm and collected manner, even under pressure.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
• Excellent organizational and mathematical skills.
• Familiarity with Windows-based computer programs is a must.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
• Experience with payroll processing and wage attachment.

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in OP monthly team meetings and team-building efforts.
• Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
• Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
• Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
