Role Description

• Leading teams with clarity, accountability, and a positive, professional approach
• Managing Life Sciences programs in a structured, compliance-focused environment with strong attention to detail
• Building trusted client relationships through proactive communication, status updates, and solution-oriented support
• Keeping timelines, budgets, SOPs, and event materials organized while juggling multiple priorities
• Troubleshooting challenges quickly and working cross-functionally to keep projects moving forward

Qualifications

• Experience supporting speaker bureau programs, event logistics, or marketing operations
• Familiarity with Pharma industry expectations and the pace of regulated client work
• People management experience, including coaching, performance reviews, and onboarding new team members
• Confidence using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to track reporting and project activity
• A knack for improving processes and finding smarter ways to deliver quality work and team efficiency

Requirements

• This role is virtual, operating on Eastern or Central Standard business hours
• Previous meetings & events operations experience is a requirement
• Previous experience with Speaker Bureaus is a requirement
• This role is a working manager - you will be managing people and clients
