Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Remote Operations & Hospitality Manager to help oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure a seamless experience for our guests and team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Guest Communication & Reservations:
    • Respond to guest inquiries via centralized platforms including Guesty and Whistle/Cloudbeds.
    • Assist guests with reservations, check-in/check-out support, extensions, special requests, and swift issue resolution.
    • Monitor occupancy and reservation flow while actively helping maintain excellent guest reviews and fast response times.
  • Property Operations & Team Coordination:
    • Coordinate housekeeping schedules, maintenance requests, vendor communication, and supply restocking.
    • Follow up on work orders and property issues to ensure rooms and units are consistently guest-ready.
    • Maintain fluid communication with housekeepers, maintenance staff, vendors, remote assistants, and the management team to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Systems & Administrative Work:
    • Manage the properties using the following tools:
      • PMS: Cloudbeds & Guesty
      • OTAs: Airbnb, HotelTonight, Expedia & Booking.com extranets
      • Operations & Access: Operto (smart lock/access management) & Operto Teams (Housekeeping scheduling)
      • Productivity: Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar)

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or property management is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new software quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multitask calmly under pressure.
  • Fast response times, high reliability, a quiet work environment, and a reliable internet connection.
  • Knowledge of revenue management to be able to maximize the properties' revenue.

Requirements

  • Location: 100% Remote
  • Position Type: Long-term remote position
  • Schedule & Weekly Breakdown: 6 days per week, 7 hours per day. Shift Schedule (Los Angeles Time):
    • 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM (1 hour)
    • 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM (6 hours)
    • One day off per week (Tuesday or Wednesday, flexible).
