Role Description

SBS Services Group (SSG) is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in San Diego, CA. • Coordinate and support day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless workflow across departments
• Monitor and track project timelines, deliverables, and operational KPIs
• Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Maintain and update operational documentation, databases, and reporting systems
• Assist in scheduling, logistics coordination, and resource allocation
• Identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare and distribute operational reports, summaries, and communications

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an operations, administrative, or coordination role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Experience in a service-based or facilities management industry is a plus
