Role Description

Paydex Technologies is seeking a 100% remote Operations Associate based in the United States. In this foundational business operations, process tracking, and administrative support role, you will be the core hub keeping daily workflows running smoothly across teams. You will:

• Process operational requests.
• Maintain database accuracy.
• Coordinate task handoffs.
• Assist department leads in resolving everyday operational friction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in business operations, administrative support, or a related office coordination role.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Proficient with digital productivity applications, spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets), and modern team communication software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive approach to team collaboration.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction or employer sponsorship.

Requirements

• Execute routine administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, request processing, and report updates.
• Maintain accurate internal records, documentation, and database files in company software platforms.
• Coordinate cross-departmental communications to ensure deliverables and operational handoffs move forward without delay.
• Monitor daily operational queues, identify bottlenecks, and flag potential workflow risks early to leadership.
• Support the creation, maintenance, and distribution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and team reference guides.
