[Hiring] Operations Associate @RxDiet

Role Description

As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations for our members in the United States. This full-time remote role is in the United States. You must be fluent in both Spanish and English. The schedule will require work on a weekend day. At this time, we cannot provide sponsorship for this role.

• You will manage various tasks related to the program's success, including member/grocery operations, support, and reporting.
• Your responsibilities include:
  • Answering members' questions
  • Helping members onboard & offboard
  • Handling grocery operations
  • Assisting with reporting
• This is a do-it-all role, and we need an individual who wants to get their hands dirty.

Qualifications

• Two years of healthcare customer experience via phone and SMS.
• Previous experience handling member support via phone.
• Success working within a small team, having ownership of many areas.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
• A results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Previous US healthcare experience is a plus.
• You are interested in food-as-medicine, startups, and community health.
