[Hiring] Operations Analyst, Order Management @Coupa Software

Role Description

As a Business Operations Analyst you will be working with a global team to update, review, analyze and correct all closed / won Salesforce opportunities on a daily basis. The order management team will take ownership of all opportunities post order form negotiation to process the final documents for execution and ensure all relevant fields are updated on the Salesforce record within 24 hours and in accordance with a defined runbook.

The position will also be supporting the overall provisioning process, ensuring the delivery of subscription products to the customer in accordance with our documented process. This includes ensuring accurate entitlements analysis and coordination with the revenue and FP&A teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and financial planning.

The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for ensuring an accurate and aligned process, will be able to support the CVM and Sale teams with contract and entitlement questions, and effectively maintain the accuracy of our global customer entitlement records.

What You'll Do

• Manage Order Form Execution:
  • Drive order processing for Americas-based deals, working closely with the Deal Desk and supporting accurate, timely execution.
• Support Salesforce & CPQ Operations:
  • Handle opportunity auditing, contract documentation, and data management to ensure clean, accurate records in Salesforce.
• Ensure Accurate Provisioning & Documentation:
  • Oversee customer provisioning and ensure all revenue and entitlement documentation is properly captured and maintained.
• Contribute to Acquisition & Integration Efforts:
  • Assist with order management, CPQ tracking, and provisioning during M&A integrations.
• Drive Process Improvements & Reporting:
  • Partner with internal teams to improve back-office workflows and support ad hoc operations projects and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Technical Proficiency:
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and proficient in Salesforce, Google Drive, and GMail; experienced with common business tools and systems.
• Analytical & Investigative Mindset:
  • Able to research and verify account details quickly and accurately; skilled in analyzing large volumes of data with high attention to detail.
• Excellent Communication & Collaboration:
  • Clear communicator across all organizational levels, with proven ability to work effectively with U.S. based teams.
• Operational Efficiency & Problem Solving:
  • Over 4 years of experience in business operations or financial analysis, with a proactive, hands-on approach and focus on process improvement.
• High Productivity & Independence:
  • Capable of managing repetitive tasks without losing quality, while thinking creatively and executing with minimal oversight.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality.
• Experience supporting finance teams with attention to detail.
• Skilled in creating process maps and training documentation.

Compensation

The estimated pay range for this role is $56,100 - $83,500. The starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
