• Proven record resolving complex issues

• Analytical problem-solving & compliance awareness
• Clear written communication (templates, professional tone)
• Technical investigations across multiple systems
• Navigating ambiguity & low-volume/high-complexity tickets
• Collaboration & escalation management
• Strong operational judgment
• Excellent written English
• Excel/data tools proficiency
