Role Description

The Logistics Support Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the logistics team, with a primary focus on Storage Unit (SU) representative support, inventory documentation, and day-to-day logistics coordination. This entry-level, part-time position serves as a key point of contact for Storage Unit Representatives and helps ensure that inventory, documentation, and operational activities are accurate, organized, and completed according to established processes. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with representatives and team members. They should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, tracking systems, and routine administrative tasks and be willing to learn new systems and processes. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics, operations, inventory management, and business administration.

Compensation & Schedule

• Compensation: $18.00/ per hour
• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
• Estimated Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM PST
• Work Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Storage Unit Account Manager
  • Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned Storage Unit Representatives.
  • Maintain accurate Storage Rep account, contact, and inventory information.
  • Monitor Storage Rep activity and follow up on outstanding tasks or required information.
  • Assist Storage Reps with questions, processes, and routine operational issues.
  • Communicate company policies, procedures, expectations, and process updates.
  • Track Storage Rep pickups, inventory, and required documentation.
  • Review inventory information for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies.
  • Monitor Storage Unit activity and identify gaps in coverage or opportunities for additional pickups.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to resolve Storage Rep questions or issues.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for Storage Rep accounts.
  • Support Storage Rep onboarding and ongoing account maintenance.
  • Track basic Storage Rep performance metrics and provide updates to leadership.
  • Identify recurring issues and communicate opportunities for process improvement.
  • Build positive and professional relationships with Storage Reps while maintaining clear expectations and accountability.
• Storage Unit Support
  • Track Storage Unit pickups and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Assist with regular Storage Unit inventory checks.
  • Review inventory records and help identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with opening new Storage Unit locations and completing required setup tasks.
  • Assist with closing Storage Unit locations and completing required documentation.
  • Research potential Storage Unit locations based on established criteria.
  • Maintain accurate records for active, opened, and closed Storage Unit locations.
  • Assist with communicating Storage Unit needs and updates to appropriate team members.
• Administrative & Operational Support
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, trackers, and internal systems.
  • Enter and verify information accurately in company systems.
  • Maintain organized electronic documentation and records.
  • Communicate with representatives and internal team members regarding missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information.
  • Assist with receipts, invoices, payment documentation, and other administrative records as needed.
  • Follow established processes and procedures consistently.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting routine logistics activities.
  • Support additional logistics and operational projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• No prior logistics experience is required. Training will be provided.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative, customer service, retail, warehouse, or office environments.
• Experience using Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software.
• Experience working with receipts, invoices, payment records, or other business documentation.
