[Hiring] Logistics Coordinator @Hub Group

Role Description

The Logistics Coordinator will reconcile, review, and confirm Final Mile delivery routes for assigned markets. The key responsibilities of this role are to:

• Utilize applicable software to validate efficient routing
• Ensure market-specific needs are met
• Provide internal customer service and continued support
• Validate order data accuracy

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM | With occasional overtime

Pay: $19.35 per hour

Location: Remote

Qualifications

• Candidate must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to type 50 WPM minimum
• High school diploma or GED required
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Candidate must be self-sufficient and able to work under minimal observation
• Ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude with a “will do” work ethic
• Must have the ability to work in a fast paced/high volume environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Optimizing routes for multiple markets
• Communicating with internal customers to support operational needs
• Validating and reconciling order data
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains
• Work well without direct supervision
• Coordinate with field teams and managers
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
