[Hiring] Lean & Process Excellence Manager @Freudenberg Group

Role Description

• Lead Lean, Kaizen, and process improvement workshops.
• Apply Lean methodologies and tools to identify and eliminate waste.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
• Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and train employees and leaders in Lean principles and methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and other Finance processes.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process risks.
• Design and implement standardized and scalable process solutions.
• Ensure best practices are identified, documented, standardized, and replicated across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for AI based process automation and optimization.
• Lead Finance transformation initiatives and projects.
• Support organizational change and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Develop communication and training concepts for improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate alignment between SSC, business stakeholders, and leadership teams.
• Ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in Process Excellence, Lean Management, Continuous Improvement, or related functions.
• Lean Admin certification preferred.
• Experience within Finance Operations, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable process improvements and productivity gains.
• Experience managing cross-functional improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience with process mapping and process optimization.
• Knowledge of Finance processes such as P2P, O2C, and R2R.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization capabilities.
