Role Description

This role involves executing and supporting operational and client-facing processes, ensuring high-quality results, maintaining documentation, identifying improvement opportunities, and meeting business objectives. It requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a subject matter expert to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant completion of assigned processes.
• Maintaining process documentation and work instructions to support consistent execution, knowledge sharing, and business continuity.
• Executing assigned work activities and providing guidance, feedback, and support to team members as needed to promote quality and consistency.
• Monitoring process performance, identifying root causes of issues, and recommending solutions and process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of related team processes to provide cross-functional support and coverage during planned and unplanned absences.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and team members to support operational goals, service delivery requirements, and client needs.
• Supporting ad hoc requests, special projects, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, documentation, tools, and workflows to drive operational excellence and reduce risk.
• Managing multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines, service levels, and quality expectations.
• Helping reinforce operational discipline by using structured problem solving, consistent documentation, and proactive risk identification.

Qualifications

• Possess Bachelor's in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, client delivery, project coordination, reporting support, process improvement, or a related business support function.
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
• Able to be detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Able to demonstrate commitment to process excellence, with the ability to identify and implement opportunities for improved efficiency and consistency.
• Able to self-motivate and be proactive, capable of working independently while collaborating well with teams and cross-functional partners.
• Possess communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
