Our client is a well-established and growing Hospice organization. They have a current opening for an Executive Vice President of Operations for multiple hospice locations. This person can be based in the CST or EST time zone areas. Travel is expected. Medicare Hospice operational leadership experience at multi-state level is required. This person will manage operations, financials, census & revenue growth, and help to create a positive culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior operations leadership experience.
• Multi-state Hospice operational leadership experience is required.
• Excellent understanding of Medicare regulations and COP’s.
• Ability to travel throughout the United States.

Requirements

• Oversee operations & financials for multiple locations throughout the United States.
• Oversight of directly reporting leaders.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Work with business development team to grow census and clinical team to ensure quality and compliance.
