Role Description

The Virtual Business Administration Manager (VBAM) is a remote contractor role responsible for managing most shared services across TLI. You will take a leading role in overseeing several functional areas, including:

• Business Intelligence (BI)
• 3rd Party Tech Support
• General Administration (Human Resources)
• Recruiting

Your objective is to ensure the efficiency, quality, and output of all operational support functions while directly coaching team leaders to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor multiple subteams while ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Identify process inefficiencies and provide strategic recommendations directly to management.
• Oversee the development and deployment of reports, dashboards, and metrics to support business operations.
• Establish processes to manage external vendors efficiently and effectively.
• Manage HR and Operations and excel at optimizing processes.
• Guarantee project deadlines are met while supervising the rollout of new software solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated managerial experience with 3-5 years in management or operations roles, ideally within a remote and fast-paced setting.
• Capable of overseeing complex data projects (BI) and managing technical tool subscriptions while driving the implementation of long-term growth strategies.
• Proven track record in leading business operations in a similar role, working with a global team.
