Role Description

Home Care RN for weekend Team lead position for Mercy Home Health working 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 1-2 weekends monthly and holidays.

The Weekend Team Lead (RN Care Facilitator) is responsible for:

• Triage of Home Care patient needs
• Branch Office operations during Weekend hours
• Assessing emergency calls as needed

Qualifications

• Current RN License
• CPR certification
• Excellent clinical skills
