Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone calls from clients, Care Professionals, and family members
• Manage incoming client inquiries and deliver high-quality support
• Handle emergencies, incidents, and urgent care issues promptly and professionally
• Communicate rota changes and staffing updates to relevant stakeholders
• Escalate safeguarding concerns, complaints, and serious incidents to management
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, communications, and actions taken
• Conduct audits of client activity records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Monitor the alert system to ensure Care Professionals attend all scheduled visits
• Ensure service delivery aligns with company policies and CQC standards
• Support continuity of care through effective coordination and issue resolution
