[Hiring] W2 Telehealth Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or WHNP PCOS Treatment @PCOS Sisters Telehealth Clinic & Wellness Center, LLC

Role Description

This is a Family Nurse Practitioner remote role W2 position with required 3 month probationary period.

• Current average patients: 5 per day, goal of 10 per day, max 15 per day.
• The first 3 months are a contract period to ensure a good fit.
• Responsible for providing primary care, medicine, and urgent care consultations to women struggling with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS).
• Daily tasks include:
  • Taking patient histories
  • Interpreting medical histories
  • Performing physical examinations
  • Diagnosis and treatment of illnesses
  • Developing treatment plans
• Must be comfortable with telehealth services and possess a reliable computer with video capabilities and high-speed internet connection.
• Will have a virtual assistant.
• Streamlined workflow as a tech-savvy company.
• No insurance accepted, as a DPC practice model; therefore, no credentialing required.

Qualifications

• Must have FL & IL, WA, OR, MA, MD, AZ state licensures as a Family Nurse Practitioner or women's health nurse practitioner.
• Must be a resident of one of the states served.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with technological devices and telehealth platforms.
• Experience in managing PCOS patients.
• Minimum one year experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• No DEA license required.
• Cover letter/email describing interest/experience required.
• 3 month probationary period required.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of GA, FL, TX, WA, OR, IL, MA, MD, AZ, UT, NM.
• Experience with PCOS is required.
• All active state licenses (FL & IL, WA, OR, MA, MD, AZ) must be held.
• Certification as an FNP or WHNP is required.
• Comfortable treating primary care conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.

Company Description

PCOS Sisters Telehealth & Wellness Center provides healthcare for women with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) designed, delivered, and founded by Nurse Practitioners. We service 12 states via telehealth only. We launched in 3/2022 and are expanding rapidly. PCOS affects between 10-20% of all women globally. We are looking for a passionate, motivated Family Nurse Practitioner who wants to be part of a revolution in women's healthcare. Any experience or familiarity with PCOS patients or start-ups is a plus! This position provides opportunity for continual growth with the company as we expand.

Remote Workers Policy Summary: This position requires availability to our providers, patients, and staff by phone during working hours (excluding lunch break) and is not conducive to juggling multiple jobs and outside distractions. This position requires full exclusivity to the Company during working hours. Must have reliable computer and internet connection. Child care must be utilized during working hours. This is not a position that is conducive to child care and working simultaneously as we require video on for meetings and patient visits.
