[Hiring] VP of Clinical Operations @Lindus Health

Role Description

We’re looking for an exceptional VP Clinical Operations to lead our UK & EU Clinical Operations team. You will be the most senior member of our UK & EU ClinOps team and responsible for our portfolio of trials as well as scaling our UK & EU operations. This role will also be responsible for using AI tools to reshape and improve clinical operations, trial oversight and trial delivery to the fullest extent possible. This includes inputting on the roadmap and features of our proprietary trial technology platform, Citrus.

We’re growing rapidly and delivering a wide range of different trials. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience across a variety of therapeutic areas and phases, including:

• Experience on technology and AI-enabled trials.
• A proportionate approach to trial design.
• Experience growing and leading a large team.

You’ll work closely with our US VP of Clinical Operations and our COO who oversees clinical trial delivery. The role will be based in the UK or the EU, with travel to the UK approximately once a month if based in the EU.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience working in clinical trials and responsible for implementing clinical research projects.
• Experience beyond working solely in a large CRO.
• Experience overseeing and running clinical trials in both the UK and European countries.
• Deep understanding of MHRA/EMA trial regulations and requirements.
• Experience of implementing trials outside of the UK & EU is desirable.
• Experience with innovative trial technology and AI tools.
• High agency and a bias for action.
• Passionate and curious about changing how the healthcare industry operates.

Requirements

• Oversee the UK & EU Clinical Operations team, ensuring successful trial delivery (on time, on budget, in compliance, and of high quality).
• Create and maintain optimal working practices, SOPs, systems, and tools for robust Study Management execution.
• Direct activities of assigned Project Support staff and mentor project management team members.
• Implement resource strategies to achieve project goals.
• Lead hiring and expansion of the UK & EU ClinOps team.
• Ensure seamless integration of our US Clinical Operations team.
• Work closely with tech and product teams to design best-in-class trial technology.
• Design, test, and implement AI-driven workflows to improve clinical operations tasks.
