Role Description

Park Nicollet Clinics is seeking Advanced Practice Clinicians to join our Family Medicine Virtualist team. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.

• Position requires board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine.
• This is a remote, out-patient position.
• Provide support during operating hours for primary care through:
  • Virtual patient care (70%)
  • Department in-basket management (30%)
• Minimum of 5+ years of outpatient primary care clinician experience required.
• Candidates must reside in the state of Minnesota.
