As a Virtual Physician Collaborator, you will align with our mission to enhance patient care. You will partner with our Nurse Practitioners to bridge gaps in care. You will be fully remote, looking for approximately 5 hours each month, and will report directly to the Associate Director.

• You will complete regular chart review and coordinate monthly meetings.
• You will be available as a resource for the advanced practice provider to ensure quality patient care.
• You will collaborate with clinical leaders about quality of care, review of outcome data, procedure, and records issues.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of Texas.
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university.
• Board certification or Board Eligible.
• 2+ years of telehealth experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a collaborating physician.

Requirements

• Work at Home Requirements:
  • Self-provided internet service must meet the following criteria: minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
  • In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs.
  • Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary.
  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
• Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$310,000 - $368,500 per year
