NOW HIRING: VIRTUAL MEDICAL BILLER for Counselling & Pediatric Practices

Vital Virtuals Global HR is looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Medical VA to join our growing healthcare team!

• Handle incoming calls and assist patients professionally
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient information
• Manage referrals, faxes, and medical records
• Explain insurance benefits to patients
• Coordinate with providers and clinical staff
• Handle billing-related and administrative tasks
• Perform accurate data entry and documentation
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Medical billing, medical receptionist, or healthcare VA experience preferred
• Experience with insurance verification and claims is a plus
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• EHR/EMR experience is a plus
• Reliable computer and internet connection
• Willing to use Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop

Requirements

• $5/hour – First 90 Days
• $6/hour – After 90 Days
• Biweekly Pay via Wise
