Role Description

1.0 FTE Full-Time Virtual Care Physician - Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group - San Diego, CA

• Salary Range Approx: $230,000.00 up to $245,000.00 per year - Amount does not include performance-based incentives or bonuses.
• Opportunity to pick up shifts above FTE for additional pay.
• Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans.
• 15 days of PAID VACATION per year for the first 2 years.
• 40 hours of PAID SICK time and 40 hours of PAID CME time every year.

• 2 years of experience practicing in an outpatient or virtual setting required.
• Board certification required in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or IM/Peds.
