Role Description

The Triage Nurse Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the triage nursing team to ensure timely, accurate, and compassionate patient assessment and care coordination in a remote setting. Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (qualification may be satisfied by an experienced LPN with a minimum of 5 years experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in triage or telehealth nursing.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a nursing or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of clinical triage protocols, patient assessment, and telehealth technologies.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and remote communication tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or higher.
• Certification in Telephone or Telehealth Nursing (e.g., CTN or CPHQ).
• Experience working in a remote or virtual healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies and regulatory compliance standards such as HIPAA.
• Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, team building, and change management.

Responsibilities
