• Lead and support health promotion initiatives, including well-baby and well-mom programs, immunization clinics, and community wellness activities.
• Plan and deliver education programs and campaigns (e.g., flu shot awareness) to promote healthy living within the community.
• Work collaboratively in a team-based environment, practicing within an expanded scope to provide comprehensive healthcare services.
• Apply advanced nursing skills in observation, assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching, aligned with individualized care plans.
• Ensure the emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort and safety of clients at all times, within the scope of practice.

Qualifications

• You are a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and have a nursing license through the governing body in good standing.
• You are a licensed Nurse registered in good standing.
• You have or are willing to obtain a nursing license through the regulating body in the provinces or territories you wish to work.
• You meet the required work experience.
• Mandatory skillsets and additional training requirements and reimbursements will be discussed during the interview.
