• Work collaboratively in a team-based environment, practicing an expanded scope of nursing to deliver primary and emergency care for all residents—from newborns to elders—through nursing stations and health centers in a clinic setting.
• Apply advanced skills in observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching, guided by individualized care plans.
• Lead health promotion initiatives, conduct assessments, and plan and implement care using Best Practice Clinical Guidelines.
• Provide comprehensive services including primary care, emergency care, travel nursing, care plan development, infection prevention and control (IPAC), communicable disease management, and immunizations.
• Ensure the comfort and safety of clients at all times, within the scope of practice.

Qualifications

• You are a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and have a nursing license through the governing body in good standing.
• You are a licensed Nurse registered in good standing.
• You have or are willing to obtain a nursing license through the regulating body in the provinces or territories you wish to work.
• You meet the required work experience.
• Mandatory skillsets and additional training requirements and reimbursements will be discussed during the interview.
