Role Description

The Cove Therapy Collective is looking for a motivated, curious, and compassionate clinician who is excited to develop their skills, learn specialized trauma treatments, and contribute to a growing therapy practice.

Qualifications

• At least one year of post-graduate clinical experience preferred.
• A genuine passion for therapy and a strong willingness to learn.
• Commitment to completing EMDR training as a condition of accepting the position.
• Interest in trauma-focused approaches, including EMDR and somatic therapy.
• An interest in learning about the business of private practice, including marketing, networking, referrals, and caseload development.
• Social media savvy and willingness to contribute to educational content and practice visibility.
• Enthusiasm for participating in workshops, community outreach, and networking events.
• Evening and/or weekend availability.

Requirements

• Masters in Social Work/Counseling/Family Therapy required.
• Appropriate Pennsylvania licensure required for the scope of practice.
