Role Description

H2 Performance Consulting seeks an experienced Trainee Employee Assistance Program (TEAP) Subject Matter Expert (SME). This position will support the Department of Labor Office of Job Corps Health & Wellness Program by providing subject matter expertise, technical assistance, policy support, assessments, reporting, and collaboration with Government stakeholders.

• Provide substance abuse prevention and counseling expertise.
• Evaluate TEAP programs.
• Support AODA policy, training, and technical assistance.

• Provide expert consultation.
• Support ROCA/ROTA assessments.
• Review records and prepare recommendations.
• Develop reports and training materials.
• Assist with policy implementation and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Licensed psychologist, PhD, or MSW; 5+ years providing drug/alcohol counseling to adolescents and young adults.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination.

Preferred Qualifications

• Job Corps TEAP, prevention programs.
