[Hiring] Therapy Development Specialist - Structural Heart @Medtronic

Role Description

The CoreValve Therapy Development Specialist provides technical, clinical, educational, and sales support to ensure safe adoption and growth of the Medtronic CoreValve System and future catheter-based therapy technologies.

• Works closely with implanting teams and the Medtronic Catheter-based Therapies (CBT) and CVG field organizations to drive procedural and practice success.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
• Practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

• Works independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments.
• Sets objectives for own job area to meet the objectives of projects and assignments.
• Contributes to the completion of project milestones.
• May have some involvement in cross-functional assignments.

• External interactions are less complex or problem-solving in nature.
• May provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals and/or employees in Support Career Stream.
