Role Description

Impireum is seeking licensed Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to deliver high-quality psychotherapy within a structured, integrated behavioral health model. This role is designed for clinicians who value clinical autonomy within a system of accountability and measurable outcomes.

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers for integrated care
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in KPI-driven performance tracking
• Deliver services in both in-person and telehealth formats

Qualifications

• Active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in TX, FL, MD, or DE
• Strong clinical skills across anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.
• Experience in outpatient or integrated settings preferred
• Ability to maintain high documentation standards
