Role Description

Join a Mission Focused Behavioral Health Practice Serving Diverse Communities. Impireum Psychiatric Group is seeking compassionate and motivated Therapist Associates who are passionate about expanding access to high-quality behavioral healthcare in historically underserved communities. Our practice serves children, adolescents, adults, families, veterans, and professionals through evidence-based, culturally responsive care. We are especially interested in clinicians who have experience working with African American, Afro-Caribbean, African immigrant, and other culturally diverse communities, and who understand the importance of delivering culturally informed behavioral healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy under approved clinical supervision.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, psychologists, and care coordinators.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in eClinicalWorks.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case consultations and professional development.

Qualifications

• Texas LPC Associate, LMFT Associate, or LMSW.
• Passion for serving culturally diverse and underserved populations.
• Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and family-related concerns.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
