Role Description

You're a fully licensed clinician in the Tacoma area — LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW — who wants a high-paying part-time telehealth caseload without the overhead of private practice. This role is designed to work around you.

• $75–115/hr based on session type and caseload — strong compensation with zero overhead
• Guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations
• 1099 independent contractor — work on your own terms with the tax flexibility of self-employment
• Fully remote — work from Tacoma or anywhere in Washington
• Set your own schedule — evenings, weekends, or whenever works for you
• No billing, no credentialing, no admin — we handle everything

You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across Washington, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. Case consultations and clinical team discussions are a regular part of the role.

Qualifications

• Active LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington (required — we cannot hire other license types at this time)
• Experience or strong interest in youth and family-focused care
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
• Availability during afternoon/evening hours

Requirements

• Preferred CBT, DBT, or similar evidence-based modality experience
• School-based or pediatric clinical background
• Active NPI and CAQH
• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency

Pay Range

$75 - $115 USD
