Role Description

As a licensed therapist at Sailor Health, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
• Licensed in Alaska
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Requirements

• Part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent)
• Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there
• Set your own schedule across 7 days a week. No on-call. No evenings required
• Modern telehealth tools and an AI documentation assistant
