Role Description

You're a licensed associate therapist (LSW or LPC) in Illinois who wants a caseload that matters, free supervision hours toward full licensure, and none of the administrative burden that burns most early-career therapists out. • Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students in Chicago-area school districts
• Collaborate with school counselors and families
• Participate in case consultations
• Contribute to clinical program development as we grow

Qualifications

• Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — we are not able to hire pre-licensure candidates at this time)
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
• Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available)

Requirements

• Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities (preferred)
• Prior school-based or youth-focused experience (preferred)
• Active NPI and CAQH (preferred)
