[Hiring] Temporary Clinical Oncology Dietitian @American Oncology Network

Role Description

Provide clinical nutrition consultation, programs, and education to cancer patients across the continuum of the cancer experience including treatment, secondary prevention, cancer recurrence, and palliative care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor of Science in nutrition from an ACEND-Accredited program.
• Advanced degree in the field of nutrition preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of clinical nutrition with extensive experience in oncology nutrition (medical/surgical/radiation oncology).
• Good working knowledge of computer usage in the workplace.
• Excellent verbal/writing skills.
• Experience documenting in EMRs.
• Work with Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Experience with telehealth platforms.
• Ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Patient-centered philosophy.
• Collaborative work ethic.

Requirements

• Must have an active Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RD/RDN) credential with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Must be a Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition (CSO) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Must maintain Dietetic Licensure or Certification in state(s) of assignment.

• Pay Range: $25.19 - $44.31.
