Role Description
We are seeking a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager with a required Compact RN license to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain or Pacific Time.
The Telephonic Case Manager provides remote medical case management services to injured individuals, many of whom were industrially injured. Responsibilities include:

Assisting consumers in their recovery to return to the highest level of function possible.

Coordinating and assessing medical services frequently.

Exploring vocational options with the injured worker and their employers.

Securing pre-injury employment or alternate employment.

Working with all parties to the claim including the injured person, claimβs examiner, employer, attorneys (plaintiff and defense), and medical providers.
Qualifications

Unrestricted compact RN required.

Additional RN license from CA, NY, NV, and/or OR preferred.

Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred.

CCM preferred (required within 2 years of hire).

Other state endorsements/certifications: WCCM, TN Registry, NCIC, GA Rehab Suppliers.

Workerβs compensation case management experience preferred.

ICU/ER experience will be considered.

Professional licenses or certifications must be current, unrestricted, and allow for practice within a state or territory of the United States.
Requirements

Case Managers may need regional or national certifications.

Must adhere to the standards of practice outlined by the specific national certifying body or jurisdictionally accepted standards of practice.
