One of our clients has partnered with us to find Telemedicine Physicians who can be part of their platform and support their growing subscriber in the form of medical advice. This platform is a telehealth service wherein subscribers can have 24/7 access to skilled, Philippine licensed doctors anytime, anywhere. These doctors provide medical assessment and advice, including basic healthcare and permissible medication over the phone.

Qualifications

• Willingness to handle General Medicine cases via telemedicine consultations
• Possesses computer skills and an ability to learn and understand the general technical requirements of the system
• Ability to exercise tact, courtesy, and diplomacy when dealing with individuals at any given time
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in any local dialect is an advantage (e.g. Visayan, Ilocano, etc.)
• Basic internet and computer knowledge

Requirements

• Job Type: Part-time
• Salary: 315 per hour
• Work Set-up: Work from home
• Shift schedule and breaks: Full shifts run 9 hours 8am-5pm (Mon-Sat), which includes a single 30-minute paid break.
• Target Productivity & Call Duration: Average consultation target is 7–10 minutes per patient.
• Doctors are expected to complete consultation with Closed EMR a minimum of 50 calls per 8-hour shift (averaging ~6 completed calls per hour).
