Role Description

Provide high-quality pediatric care—remotely, with flexibility and impact. Allied Physicians Group is seeking a Board-Certified Pediatrician for a remote Telemedicine role supporting after-hours patient care across our network. This is an ideal opportunity for a physician who values flexibility, is comfortable working independently, and has experience managing a broad range of pediatric concerns, including behavioral and mental health-related calls.

• Provide remote clinical care and guidance via phone/telemedicine
• Assess, triage, and manage a variety of pediatric concerns
• Address after-hours calls, including general pediatric and behavioral health-related inquiries
• Provide clinical recommendations, reassurance, and appropriate follow-up guidance
• Escalate cases as needed and coordinate care with primary providers
• Document patient interactions in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Pediatrics
• Active New York State medical license
• Experience in outpatient pediatrics, urgent care, or similar settings preferred
• Comfortable managing a wide range of pediatric concerns independently
• Experience or comfort with pediatric behavioral and mental health-related calls strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills in a remote setting
• Ability to make sound clinical decisions in an after-hours environment
