Role Description

Join our team as a Remote Telehealth Therapist and enjoy the freedom of working from your own home office. This role offers a highly flexible schedule and focuses on delivering high-quality individual and family therapy across all age groups. The Telehealth Outpatient Therapist is responsible for:

• Assessing clients' mental health needs
• Developing individualized treatment plans
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with KidsPeace policies and regulatory requirements
• Supporting clients throughout their treatment journey
• Helping clients achieve therapeutic goals and preparing them for successful discharge and ongoing care

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Human Services related field required
• Applicable state licensure or licensed eligible preferred
• Minimum of two years experience in Human Services required
• Experience with acute emotionally challenged children or adolescents preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills
• Must be 21 years of age

Requirements

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop client-centered, individualized treatment plans
• Identify client challenges, establish treatment goals, and support clients in achieving those goals through therapeutic interventions
• Provide individual and family therapy services aligned with treatment plan objectives
• Develop discharge plans that address each client's ongoing needs and promote continuity of care
• Complete all required clinical documentation accurately and within established timelines
• Ensure compliance with KidsPeace policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory standards
