[Hiring] Telehealth Support BCBA @Bloomwell Autism Therapy

Role Description

Bloomwell is seeking a Telehealth Support BCBA to provide remote clinical support across multiple locations. This role is designed to offer flexible, high-impact clinical leadership without maintaining a permanently assigned full caseload.

• Provide remote clinical supervision and guidance to ABA programs across multiple locations.
• Support temporary and shared caseloads, rather than maintaining a fixed, full caseload.
• Collaborate with onsite clinical and operations teams to ensure consistency in treatment delivery and quality standards.
• Conduct virtual parent trainings, staff trainings, and supervision sessions.
• Review and provide feedback on treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and progress reports.
• Travel to assigned locations at least once per month for in-person supervision, team support, and relationship building.
• Assist with coverage needs, program transitions, and center openings as needed.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• State licensure (as required) in the state of residence and service delivery.
• Minimum 1+ years of BCBA experience preferred.
• Experience with telehealth service delivery strongly preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Must reside in the state of the caseload supported (e.g., North Carolina for NC caseloads).
• Monthly in-person visits to assigned locations.
