• Work from Home - Candidate may reside in Texas or Arizona
• As a Telephonic Registered Nurse (RN), you will have patient contact in a telephonic practice setting, impacting lives across the country.
• Experience the reasons you became a nurse without being in a bedside patient care environment.
• Part of a specialized team on the cutting edge of patient care.
• Collaborate with health care professionals to provide a meaningful patient experience.
• Use critical thinking skills to develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive plans of care for multiple disease state patients.
• Provide education and support for new medications during outbound calls.
• Support defined patient populations through state-of-the-art telecommunications nursing outreach programs.
• Must have excellent written and verbal customer service skills.
• Advanced computer skills are required to interact with patients.
• Integral role in educating patients with medication adherence and disease state training.
• This is a Monday-Friday role with hours starting from 10:30 am - 7:00 pm (CST).
• This is a full-time hourly position.

Qualifications

• A Registered Nurse with an unrestricted current compact license in Arizona and the ability to be licensed in multiple states.
• A Registered Nurse must hold an unrestricted license in their state of residence, with multi-state/compact privileges.
• Candidate must be based in TX or AZ for this particular requisition.
• 3+ years of clinical RN experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Telephonic Nursing experience.
• EPIC systems experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licensure in multiple states preferred.

Education

• RN Diploma, Associates or Bachelors in Nursing.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $29.10 - $62.32. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
