Role Description

SynergenX is seeking a Part Time Telemedicine Provider to care for patients throughout Colorado via telehealth. This is a fully remote, W-2 position.

• Compassionate, patient-focused Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred.
• Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships.
• Practice evidence-based medicine in a collaborative telemedicine environment.
• Must hold an active Colorado license and current Colorado DEA registration.
• Part-time role with Monday and Tuesday required each week.
• Expectation to add one additional day, either Wednesday or Thursday, based on business needs.
• Potential to evolve into a full-time opportunity as patient volume grows.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license or active Colorado Physician Assistant license.
• Current Colorado DEA registration required at the time of application.
• Current National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Current board certification applicable to your profession.
• No current or pending malpractice claims or disciplinary actions.
• Experience or strong interest in hormone replacement therapy, preventive medicine, men's health, women's health, and medical weight management preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Excellent patient communication and relationship-building abilities.
• NPI number and board certification information must be disclosed during the application process.
