Under our Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE) offering, you are in control of your caseload, while we provide you the skills and tools to be successful.

Upstream's telehealth team is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist skilled in both ortho and pelvic health treatments to support our Mississippi markets. Must be willing to work 3 evenings each week, or 2 evenings and a Saturday (CST). Candidates must reside in a compact state.

Hours:

• Full-Time

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Mississippi
