Role Description

We're looking for talented, high-performing, and passionate Board-Certified Nurse Practitioners to join our growing network of telehealth clinicians through You Health Medical Groups. This is an exciting ground-floor opportunity to become part of our Nurse Practitioner team - a select group of NPs who will help shape how we deliver care specifically in the peptides and longevity space.

In this role, you'll provide care for patients across a range of health concerns, with a particular focus on peptide therapy and diagnosing and treating hormone-related conditions. You may also treat other health concerns as needed. Care may be delivered synchronously through video visits, asynchronously, or both.

We are currently seeking providers who hold 10 or more active state licenses.

• Deliver high-quality, synchronous and asynchronous care by assessing, screening, diagnosing, prescribing, and titrating medication for patients as necessary.
• Uphold unparalleled clinical patient care through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care on the platform.
• Adhere to Hims and Hers platform guidelines and policies and complete all required training.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, A-GNP, AG-ACNP, etc.)
• Possess an unrestricted DEA license and have prescribed Schedule III controlled substances
• Board Certification in one or more of the following specialties: Adult Gerontology, Family, Acute
• 3+ years of applicable experience in clinical practice, exclusive of orientation/training
• 1+ years of previous telehealth experience
• Actively licensed in more than 10 states
• Strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients
• Caring, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing high-quality patient care
• Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion
• Demonstrate curiosity, an open mind, and adaptability
• Experience prescribing or familiarity with peptide therapies is a strong plus
• Comfort practicing in an evolving treatment area
• Comfortable providing care synchronously via video and asynchronously via chat
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits, active state license in good standing
