Role Description
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is an effective and engaged member of our multi-clinician and multidisciplinary team that helps to deliver high-quality care and an outstanding patient experience. The ideal candidate brings strong musculoskeletal clinical expertise along with experience supporting patients with pelvic floor and pelvic health conditions in a collaborative, whole-person care environment.

Work closely with a diverse team of care providers including physicians, physical therapists, health coaches, registered dietitians.

Assist in the patientβs care pathway through triage, diagnosis, and treatment via multiple lines of communication including video, texting, and digital platform.

Provide both medical and wellness education, diagnosing and treating patients via our online platform.

Recommend suitable treatment plans and consider cost-effective treatment modalities.

Assist in care coordination and patient in-person visit planning for both urgent and non-urgent patient visits.

Deliver exceptional patient experience in telehealth interactions.

Assess quality of care delivered through feedback on individual member cases and Vori performance metrics.

Promote positive team dynamics by regularly attending and contributing to group meetings and projects.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge through attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.

Meet company and quality standards as defined by Vori Health.

Obtain and maintain professional licensure in multiple states as directed by Vori Health leadership.

Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner.
-
Advanced MSK trained.
-
Minimum 5 years of musculoskeletal care experience.

Currently licensed and willing to obtain licensure in multiple states.

Flexible and interested in working in a telemedicine environment.

Ability to balance multiple, concurrent patient cases.
