Role Description

SynergenX is seeking a full-time Telemedicine Provider to care for patients throughout Texas via telehealth. This is a fully remote, full-time W-2 position.

• Primary focus on women's hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including comprehensive hormone management and medical weight loss.
• Evaluate and manage male patients as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical assessment and medical decision-making skills.
• Exceptional patient communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Active Texas Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license or active Texas Physician Assistant license.
• Current Texas DEA registration (required at the time of application).
• Current National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
• Current board certification applicable to your profession.
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits.
• Experience or strong interest in hormone replacement therapy, women's health, preventive medicine, or medical weight management is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule.
• Patients scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time.
• Fully remote while providing telemedicine services to patients located throughout Texas.

Training

• Seven days of paid remote training to effectively and confidently begin seeing patients.

Compensation

• $120,000 annually.
• Full-time, exempt W-2 position.
