Role Description

SynergenX is seeking a full-time Telemedicine Provider to care for patients throughout Texas via telehealth. Candidates must hold an active Texas license and a current Texas DEA registration. This is a fully remote, full-time W-2 position.

This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, patient-focused Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who is passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life through personalized hormone optimization and preventive healthcare.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license with Texas APRN licensure (Family specialty only) or an active Texas Physician Assistant license under your primary taxonomy NPI.
• Current Texas DEA registration (required at the time of application; no company reimbursement is provided).
• Current National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
• Current board certification applicable to your profession.
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits.
• Experience or strong interest in hormone replacement therapy, women's health, preventive medicine, or medical weight management is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
