[Hiring] Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst @BlueSprig

Role Description

We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are based in Colorado. Applicants must reside in Colorado to be considered for this role.

BlueSprig is hiring passionate remote BCBAs to provide high-quality ABA therapy, parent training, and supervision—all from home!

Total Annual Compensation: $80,000-$104,000

• Annual Base Salary: $80,000-$88,000
• Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $16,000 (paid monthly)

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct virtual assessments & develop treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians & provide parent training.
• Monitor client progress & adjust interventions.
• Maintain clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification & Master’s degree.
• Experience in telehealth ABA (preferred).
• Strong communication & organizational skills.

Requirements

• Education Requirements: Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
