Role Description
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.

The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients.

Engages HCPs with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue.

Builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs) and community-based physicians/HCPs.

Liaises with other BMS functions to deliver a higher Customer Experience (Cx).

Prioritizes the safe and appropriate use of BMS products while focusing on overall business results.

The TAS role is field-based, spending 100% of their time with external customers.
Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Promotion:
-
Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region.

Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating clinical and scientific rationale.

Maintains a high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products.

Prepares and implements comprehensive territory and account plans.

Uses available tools such as CE^3 to derive insights and inform call plans.

Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue:

Demonstrates scientific expertise using approved resources to present information to HCPs.

Conducts in-office presentations and discusses product-related scientific information.

Organizes external speaker programs and maintains expertise on emerging data.

Engages real-time medical support through Medical on Call for inquiries.

Cross-functional collaboration:

Collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx).

Shares relevant insights and information internally with stakeholders.

Complies with all laws, regulations, and policies governing BMS conduct.
Qualifications

Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience.

Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately to help physicians.

Experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers.

Experience in Immunology required.

Demonstrated strong capability in account management and proven sales performance.

Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a positive team mindset.

Strong selling and promotional skills proven through a track record of performance.

Compensation Overview
Field - United States - US: $139,230 - $168,714. The starting compensation range for this role is based on required skills, job location, and experience.
