Key Responsibilities

Develops strategies and plans that facilitate long term, highly productive and collaborative relationships with Thought Leaders and Healthcare Providers.

Leads peer-to-peer scientific discussions focused on the safe and appropriate use of therapies, and provides best practices and guidance to team members to ensure highest level of impact across REL team.

Gathers, communicates and leads field-based insights and insight discussions on disease state, clinical practice, and patient management.

Translates complex clinical and scientific data into clear, actionable insights for echocardiography and sonography professionals.

Serves as a trusted scientific resource among the REL team and within the healthcare community.

Aligns field activities with medical strategy and evolving stakeholder needs.

Independently creates highly effective strategic and tactical plans for self and guides team members in the same, which include critical analysis of HCP & Institution complexity.

Seeks and executes productive, unique and innovative ways to address both opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program (echocardiography required); bachelorโs degree preferred.

Active cardiac ultrasound registry (RDCS or RCS required).

Minimum of 5 years of adult echocardiography experience.

Previous experience in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM).

Subject matter expert on HCM and extensive knowledge of relevant scientific literature.

Masterfully communicates in presentations, written and spoken word, and interpersonal skills with each stakeholder demonstrating effective prior research and emotionally intelligent approaches.

Proven ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical data clearly and effectively.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Requirements

Home-based role with 50โ70% travel, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.

Ability to travel by car and/or air as needed.

Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and transport educational equipment (e.g., simulator).
